Raleigh, NC


Is the capital of the State of North Carolina and the county seat of Wake County. It has a population of approximately 368,000, making it the second most populated city in North Carolina, after Charlotte and the 50th largest city in the United States. Raleigh is one third of the cities that make up The Triangle. Created in 1959, Research Triangle Park islocated mostly within Durham County. The Triangle is an urban region, equivalent to the U.S. Census Bureau's Combined Statistical Area of Raleigh-Durham-Cary. Its estimated total population as of 2006 was 1,565,223. The estimated Raleigh-Cary metropolitan statistical area population, as of 2006, is 994,551. While almost all of the city limits is located in Wake County, a few small portions of Raleigh are actually in Durham County as a result of annexation. Raleigh is convenient to many locations abroad with major highways such as I-40, I-95, I-85, I-540, plus its only 10 miles North West of Raleigh Durham International Airport

Home to Duke and North Carolina Central Universities, Durham is a colorful, creative, and eventful city of over 249,000 residents.  Making up the second third of The Triangle.  Ultra donvenient to Raleigh Durham International Airport (only 10 miles South East of Durham), and is close to I-40, I-85, I-540, I-15/501, and others!  Durham is quickly growing, with new communities and sub divisions popping up everywhere, you are sure to find a new construction or a pre existing home with many options open to you.

Wake Forest, NC

Located in northern Wake County, Wake Forest is a progressive community of over 25,000 residents with a vibrant downtown that boasts more than 100 businesses, including several outstanding restaurants and specialty shops. Mindful of its rich heritage, the downtown is also an officially registered historic district. Representative of its academic history, the town is the home of Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and the Southeastern College at Wake Forest.
